What’s one thing you wish the business world would borrow from the acting world?

There is no shame in trying something new. A new approach. A new idea. A new outlook. One of my favorite things about being an actor is the rehearsal process where you get to throw things against the proverbial wall and just see what sticks! Don’t assume your first idea is the ONLY idea.

What do you consider your personal trademark as a trainer?

I love to build confidence in people. People are awesome. Their likes are awesome.  If someone thinks something is cool, I am on board with you! I want people to be excited about what they like and I want them to feel confident sharing that love with others. I want people to leave any interaction smiling, and knowing how great they are.

Which role of your own has meant the most to you as an actor?

Definitely Rock of Ages in Hollywood. It had always been a favorite show of mine and an absolute dream role in Stacee Jaxx. I always wanted to be an 80’s rockstar and this show let me come pretty close! I even got to meet and in one case, sing, with a few of the rockers I grew up idolizing. Most importantly, it allowed me to perform with one of my all-time favorite Broadway actors. Getting to share the stage with him while playing my favorite role is something I will never forget.

What is your personal motto?

“Live For Happiness”. “Be Curious, Not Judgmental”…thank you Ted Lasso.

What is your most treasured possession?

I have a gold cornicello necklace (Italian Horn) that my Uncle gave to me when I was a kid. It is meant to give protection; good luck and it connects me to my family and our background. When my original horn broke, I carried it with me in my wallet until I found myself in Italy and I was able to buy myself a new horn and a new one for my Uncle! I wear it every day.
