Virtual events come with unique challenges for speakers, from keeping the audience engaged to feeling technically confident. As speaker trainers, our job is to make their experience as worry-free as possible so speakers can focus on speaking! This interactive webinar will introduce speakers
to Ovation’s approach, vocabulary, and methodology, allowing their coaching sessions immediate focus on areas of improvement. Following the webinar, the client will receive the recording for internal distribution.

These sessions allow the coach and coachee to build rapport and establish goals and skill set baselines. Speakers will spend much of the time on their feet, trying out new skills and applying them to their existing content. Time will be dedicated to rehearsing the presentation end-to-end,
if possible, and offering feedback of small immediate adjustments. The goal is for speakers to feel “ready to go” by arming them with the tools for productive rehearsal. Video recording and playback are typically part of each coaching session.
